Osheaga

Osheaga 2016
In 2016, we’ve teamed up with a dozen of Canadian talents to create once again a series of signature art installations to add to the ever growing Osheaga Arts collection, enhancing the public experience year after year.
In addition to personnally creating some massive installations, I’ve had the honors to invite some of the best canadian up and coming artists to create some brand new signature art pieces, from a 4 stories tall Wappitti to giant self standing mural pieces painted by world renowned talents.
Over the course of 3 days, the public had the chance to be part and/or admire the artistic work of Kwest, Emily Jan, The Doody's, Peru & Panga, Stikki Peaches, Young Jarus, Earth Crusher, Kirsten McCrea, Melissa Del Pinto, Loopkin, Olivier Bonnard, En Masse Pour Les Masses, Malcolm Sutherland, Can Love, Eagle Nest Outfitters, Trevor Wheatley & the 6th edition of the exhibit “Music on Paper″.
For 2016, evenko also asked me to implant and supervise a signature aesthetic. With the help of dedicated teams, we've created a unique environnement maximizing every inch of the festival ground, from the bars, the special VIP sections to the unique Artist World fueled by the legendary Crown Salts team ( Chuck Hughes, Dany Smiles & Vito Ciocca).
Thanks to everyone involved in the creation, production and set up of this magical adventure.

Osheaga 2015
In 2015, my fifth collaboration with OSHEAGA was concording with the 10th anniversary of this now famous Music & Arts Festival, where I’ve been creating a series of signature art installations to add to the ever growing Osheaga Arts collection, enhancing the public experience year after year.
In addition of creating brand new signature art pieces, I’ve had the honors to invite the legendary contemporary artist Wayne White, creator of the visual aesthetic of Pee Wee Playhouse, you might know him for his signature series of word paintings, card board puppets or from the documentary dedicated to his work “Beauty is Embarassing”.
Togheter, we’ve created a series of giant puppets living amongst the crowd during the 3 days festivities and a 16 feet tall “10th Anniversary Cake“ sculpture that could be seen from Montreal’s Old Port.
We’ve also presented the work of local artists Katie Green, Susan Moss, En Masse For The Masses, Malcolm Sutherland & the exhibit “Music on Paper 5″.

Osheaga Block Party 2012
In June 2012, Osheaga asked me to curate an outdoor “in the city” art event. After changing spots a couple of time, we settle ourselves on a empty lot right by the side the “Canal Lachine”. For 2 days, Skewville, formerly from Brooklyn, K6A, DHS and La Paria covered the walls of the garage own by the Canadian Parks Department. On the second day, we brought D.J’s and the public was invited to come have a picnic and spend time with the artists while they were finishing their pieces. Here’s a series of pictures from the event.

In 2011, Evenko asked me to be part of the organizing team for their last edition of Osheaga Music & Art Festival in Montreal.
